We are a small boutique law firm specializing in helping people who are disabled and who are
having trouble receiving the benefits they deserve. By keeping focused on this area of law we
can give our clients the kind of experience and expertise their cases deserve.
It is our goal to win every case. In order to do this, we will not accept a case unless we believe
it has a strong possibility of success. There is another good reason to do this. The
Government has a large back load of cases which slows down the determination process for
everyone. We don't want to add to this problem.
Our company was formed after seeing the need for quality representation and counsel for the
thousands of Americans who are disabled and are in financial need. Many people believe that
if they can't work and have paid their taxes or served their country that the Government will
come to their side at their time of need. All too often they become discouraged and anxious
when they soon realize that this is just not the case. It might take months or years before the
disabled or injured to get their benefits. Some never do. Many give up and forfeit benefits they
could have received if they only had good representation or at least kept fighting themselves.
We strive to make client service a top priority. By limiting our case intake to approximately 100
per year we can give each case its due time and preparation. If we take your case, you can rest

David Hicks is the lead attorney and conducts most of the firm's disability hearings. He is a lifelong St.
Louis metropolitan area resident. Mr. Hicks attended Lindenwood University for undergraduate studies
and then Southern Illinois University for law school. Attorney Hicks has represented clients before
Administrative Law Judges in disability hearings across the country. In handling hundreds of disability
cases and hearings, Mr. Hicks has seen first hand what it takes to win. He believes success depends
on making sure all available medical records have been produced and that the treating physicians have
given written assessments of the client's condition.

Patsy Wilkinson is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. She keeps the office running smoothly
and efficiently. Patsy becomes personally acquainted with every case and keeps the client informed of
the status and makes sure everything is documented properly. Many clients just call to talk with Patsy
and check to see if anything new is happening. Patsy makes sure that when our clients call she can
give them the latest actions taken on their cases and what needs to happen next.
